Exchanges and returns
You can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving your order by sending an email to info@virum.it.
Only the following items will be accepted:

unworn, unwashed and undamaged

unmodified or customized
The refund will be made within 7 working days of receiving the return, with the same payment method used.
Exceptions:

Custom MTO, MTM and Bespoke garments cannot be returned.

In case of manufacturing defects, it is necessary to send a photo of the item to info@virum.it for assistance.
